Running your home from the Tixa app
Explore Tixa app homes, rooms, supported controls, scenes and schedules, with clear limits for offline access, voice and paid services.

Quick answer: The Tixa app groups supported devices by home and room and provides the actions each model supports. Start with reliable individual controls, then add scenes, schedules and compatible voice actions.
Put devices in useful rooms
Use clear room and device names so the household can identify the right light or fan. The Tixa app guide links to the current app and setup resources. Screen labels may change with app versions.
Use the controls your model provides
Supported devices can expose switching, timers, schedules, status or history. Dimming needs compatible hardware; a switched light cannot gain dimming through the app. Conventional fan regulation does not provide BLDC speed control.
Build one scene at a time
Choose a small set of supported actions and test each device before grouping them. Follow the morning scene guide. Treat Lock Home shutdown choices and door-lock actions as separate features; their names do not make them interchangeable.
Understand connectivity
Compatible local controls may work on the same home Wi-Fi without internet. Remote access and some cloud or voice functions need internet. HomeSync Zigbee products require a compatible hub. Ask where a schedule runs and what happens if the router or power is unavailable.
Voice and service options
Alexa, Google Assistant and Siri Shortcuts support depends on the product, account and available actions. Use the current voice tutorials. Confirm charges and availability for email, WhatsApp, cloud backup, alerts or home-summary services before relying on them.
When something is unclear
Note the device model, app version and the action that failed. Avoid repeatedly resetting equipment before checking the troubleshooting guide or contacting Tixa.
Plan your next step
Use the Tixa room quotation builder to list your rooms and controls. Tixa will confirm the selected models, compatibility, current prices and installation scope before an order.
